A: As Dorothy says in the Wizard of Oz "there's no place like home". Autumn Breeze offers what we think is the next best thing. We have an attractive residential environment where the burdens and responsibilities of home management are greatly decreased. Autumn Breeze offers a wide array of services and social programs designed to give you meaningful and purposeful activities, as well as wonderful opportunities for fellowship and new friendships. Many of our residents would tell you how much happier they are at Autumn Breeze than they were at home.

Q: How are the services at Autumn Breeze paid for?

A: Autumn Breeze resident's expenses are paid for privately, or through a third party source such as long term care insurance, and in some cases, the Veteran's Administration. We are happy to assist you with long term planning when you move in.

Q: If I move to Autumn Breeze will I have to move again when I need more services or care?

A: There is no way to guarantee the length of time you may stay at Autumn Breeze. Be very wary of people telling you that they can guarantee you can stay in their community forever. We all operate under the state rules and regulations for personal care homes. Our promise to you is that we can and will provide you our services up to the point that the state regulations allow. We have several levels of care in place to enable us to provide more services, as needed. We also work closely with home health agencies and even hospice organizations to supplement our services. It is our goal for you to be a member of our community for a long and happy time. In the event we cannot provide the level of service you may come to need, we will assist you in every way in finding alternative living arrangements.

Q: Can I come and go as I please if I live at Autumn Breeze?

A: Yes, just as you could at home. Our philosophy is that Autumn Breeze is your home. You may come and go as you please and have visitors, as you would in your home. For security purposes we ask that you sign in and out when leaving Autumn Breeze and that your visitor sign in and out, as well. We frequently have residents that leave town for family vacations, cruises, etc. This is your home!

Q: Who furnishes my apartment/suite at Autumn Breeze?

A: We encourage our residents to bring their own furniture, knick knacks, memorabilia, family pictures, etc. Surround yourself in things that make you comfortable and feel at home. We have furniture available for short term stays, or when a resident is waiting for furniture to be delivered.
